Shipments in the Continental United States
C&L Supply Company uses FedEx Ground as our designated Ground Carrier. If you would like to use an alternate carrier, please contact Customer Service. Additional fees may apply. Air shipments are handled by FedEx. For shipments outside the Continental United States, please also contact Customer Service.

Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. Charges calculated at the time of checkout are only an estimate. The actual cost will be charged at the time of shipping.

Ground Delivery Time
Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US.

Consolidated Shipments
Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.

Shipment Tracking
Once your goods are shipped, you should receive an email after 5 pm PST with a detailed packing list and a tracking number per each box. If by any chance you don't receive the tracking number, please call our Shipping Department at 323-258-1940 Ext 307.

Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days. Returns and exchanges must be preauthorized and have a Return Authorization Number. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
A 20% restock fee will apply to all returns and must be accompanied with original packaging, labels, tags etc. and a receipt or a copy of your original invoice. All returned merchandise must be new, and complete with all tags attached, and still in original packaging. No returns will be approved and/or credited if the merchandise has been used or damaged in any way.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on instate orders as required by law.

Payment Methods
Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Credit card is charged at time of shipping.

Backordered Items
Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email.
Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
